Domaine Denis Tastet - Vin Mousseux (Brut) 2020
This cuvée is lively on the palate, with a slight lemony nuance. It offers a bubble, fine and creamy which coats the palate without aggressiveness.
Sparkling Wine Specification:
They are refined for very long months at constant temperature of 13°. The neck facing down, the bottles are moved out manually and daily for 6 to 8 weeks. Once fermentation is complete, the wine deposits accumulated by gravity to the cap level are then frozen in a bath at -20°C. Then are taking place the following operations :
- Disgorgement : Expulsion of the fermentation capsule and frozen deposit.
- Adding the expedition liqueur. - Upgrading
- The final cork stopper.
